As a Test Engineer at Diode Dynamics, you will be responsible for designing and executing tests that ensure the suitability, quality, and functionality of our products in both lab and practical applications. You will be involved in all phases from product conceptualization to product release, which includes installing the product into all different makes and models of cars, designing test parameters, troubleshooting errors, and writing final test reports. To be successful as a Test Engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of engineering and product design, must be organized with large amounts of data, and have the ability to analyze and report on test results.

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities at Diode Dynamics, ensuring efficient procurement processes that support our manufacturing operations and distribution needs. This role relies heavily on capabilities in supply chain strategy and cost management, providing purchasing forecasts to vendors, employing strategies to reduce inventory carrying levels and lead times, and working to optimize total purchase cost. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain and COO, is supported by Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) and Sourcing, and collaborates closely with production, sales, and engineering teams in an energetic and technology-driven culture.

As an Engineering Project Manager at Diode Dynamics, you will support the planning and execution of individual engineering projects related to new products, product changes, and other engineering efforts. You will work directly with the Engineering Manager and the functional engineering team to collect and define project requirements, plan project milestones and timelines, and allocate engineering resources. You will communicate with stakeholders, including external customers, on progress and project status, working to overcome constraints and achieve goals. Through organization of verification and validation activities, you will ensure all design work completed meets input requirements, overseeing release to marketing and production teams, resulting in the delivery of world-class lighting products.

The Events and Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing Diode Dynamics’ event and trade show schedule to support brand growth and revenue goals. This role owns the event schedule, oversees all logistics and asset management, and leads on-site execution. You will be a key contributor on a high-performing team, where continuous improvement and raising the bar are core to how we operate.
