Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Diode Dynamics, you are responsible for executing and managing key digital marketing initiatives across email marketing, inbound communication, and ambassador program operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality campaigns, supporting product launches and promotions, and ensuring consistent, timely engagement with customers and the automotive community.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align execution with broader strategy, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in support of overall business goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and dealer communications.
  • Maintain and improve email and SMS lifecycle flows to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Serve as on-camera “host” for product installation, overview, and other video content.
  • Manage inbound social media messages and comments, ensuring timely responses and proper escalation of support-related inquiries.
  • Support ambassador affiliate program operations, including application review, onboarding, and communication.
  • Coordinate ambassador program efforts for promotions and product launches.
  • Convert internal documentation into customer-facing installation and product education content.
  • Assist with organic social media execution as needed, including content scheduling and coverage during events or team bandwidth constraints.
  • Attend 6-8 nationwide events and trade shows per year as needed to support marketing efforts and brand presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the automotive community to support brand awareness and engagement.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve digital marketing performance, content effectiveness, and campaign execution across channels.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing. 
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills. 
  • Highly detailed, responsive, and clear in communications. 
  • Able to attend 6-8 events throughout the year.
  • Must be an automotive enthusiast. 
  • On-site attendance required, this position is not remote. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm
