Now that I am a Diode Ambassador, does this affect the sponsorship I already have with you guys?
No, Sponsorships are a separate program, and agreements will be honored until their expiration date.
Can I change my unique coupon code?
Yes. To request a new code, please email your Ambassador Support Representative (Ambassador@DiodeDynamics.com).
Can I offer a product discount code for my followers, rather than the free shipping & free gift incentive?
To maximize the commissions for you as an Ambassador, we are not able to offer ongoing product discount codes under this program. We will, however, offer special limited-time Ambassador promotions throughout the year, based on our marketing objectives.
When an order is placed with my code, how long will it take to populate in the My Balance section of the Affiliate Dashboard?
It can take up to 24 hours for transactions and balances to update in your Affiliate Dashboard. Please don't be alarmed if you don't see a transaction appear immediately.
Are there certain requirements that I have to meet, to maintain an active status?
Each account will be reviewed quarterly to evaluate performance. There is no dollar amount or minimum requirement, but if there is no activity at all for a period of 1 year, we will disable the account. Disabled accounts are always welcome to apply again in the future.
What is the minimum balance that I must have in my account before I submit a withdrawal?
You need to have a minimum of $50.00 in your Available Balance to request a withdrawal.
Am I able to be affiliated with other lighting companies?
We do not require Ambassadors to promote Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting exclusively. However, before engaging in opportunities with competitive products, we'd encourage you to evaluate the impact on trust and credibility with your followers when several different lighting brands are being promoted at once.
As a Diode Ambassador, can I get a discount on your products?
While we don’t offer direct product discounts, Ambassadors can occasionally participate in special product promotions, including opportunities to be involved in new product release campaigns. Additionally, Ambassadors may gain early access to exclusive discounts around major sale periods. Be sure to join the Diode Ambassador social media groups to stay updated on these opportunities.
