Commercial Use of Logos

The Diode Dynamics and FORM Lighting logos are provided solely for approved promotional purposes related to your participation in the Ambassador Program.

• You may not use the logos on any merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, printed goods, or other products) intended for resale, whether for profit or fundraising.

• You may not authorize, license, or otherwise permit third parties to use the logos for commercial purposes.

• Any unapproved commercial use of the Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logos is strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the Ambassador Program and possible legal action.

If you have questions about whether a specific use is allowed, please contact Ambassador@DiodeDynamics.com for prior written approval.

Using Brand Logos

In order to protect and grow the Diode Dynamics and FORM Lighting brands, we have distinguishable logos. When displaying the Diode Dynamics and FORM Lighting logos, please follow our standard Logo Usage Guidelines. Proper and improper logo usage guidelines, along with logo usage guidelines on vehicles, are provided in this section.

In general, the following versions of the Diode Dynamics and FORM Lighting logos should be used across all 
forms of communication:

Improper Logo Usage

Never stretch or warp any version of the Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logos (A). Never confine any version of the Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logos within a small box (B). Never select a different color for any version of the Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logos (C and D). Never select a non-brand color background for any version of the Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logos (E). Never change the alignment, proportion, relative location, or spacing of any Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logos design elements (F). Never use any older version of the Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logos (G-H). 

Logo Usage on Vehicles

Diode Dynamics decals are available in a wide variety of colors and sizes at diodedynamics.com.

However, decals may be created by any authorized third party in custom colors and sizes.

In general, decals should be created using the primary, secondary, and alternate Diode Dynamics and FORM Lighting logos (A-D).

Improper Logo Usage on Vehicles

Never stretch or warp any version of the Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logo (A). Never change the alignment, proportion, relative location, or spacing of any Diode Dynamics or FORM Lighting logo design elements (C-E). Never include the Diode Dynamics’ tagline (Performance Lighting Technology) on vehicles, due to readability concerns. (F-G).
