Your Balance
You've posted content with your code, and a follower comments that they placed an order. Great! What happens after you've received your first credited order?
You can track all orders you receive on the My Balance page.
On this page, you'll find all transactions that are credited to your account. If you want to bookmark a page, this is probably it!
- Balance: Total commissions credited and not paid out (both Available and On Hold)
- Available: Total commissions available for payment.
- On Hold: Total commissions in the 30-day holding period after the order is placed.
- Lifetime: Total commissions credit, over the life of your account
- Paid: Total commissions paid to you.
Why "On Hold?"
Orders are in the On Hold status for 30 days to account for returns and cancellations. If an order is canceled or returned in that 30-day period, the commission will be deducted from your "On Hold" balance and won't be moved to your "Available" balance.
After 30 days, the commission will be moved into the “Available Balance” status and are available for withdrawal.
